The MOLIT framework contains software components and applications used in the field of personalized medicine. These include VITU, a communication platform for the digital support of tumour conferences, and EQU, an application for the administration and presentation of questionnaires for Patient Reported Outcome (PRO).

The data management and internal communication in the MOLIT framework is completely realized with the standard HL7 FHIR. The MOLIT framework also offers an FHIR interface for communication with other clinical systems. Furthermore, interfaces to the hospital information system, external laboratories and the cancer registry documentation are available or planned.
